Glenn was a jack of all trades, spending his life working hard in many roles, including greenskeeper, mechanic, and service writer. He was always willing to learn something new and lend a helping hand. After retiring from Christopher Trucks / Velocity Truck Centers, his strong work ethic and love for staying busy led him back to work at Carolina Auto Auction, where he was happy to be doing what he knew best.
Outside of work, Glenn found his greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved days on the boat with his children and grandchildren, time spent hunting, and the thrill of a good yard sale. Most of all, Glenn cherished cookouts surrounded by family, laughing, telling stories, and making memories that will be treasured forever.
Glenn was a man whose goodness was felt the moment you met him. He was full of love, grounded in honesty, and someone others could always depend on. His presence brought comfort, his actions spoke louder than words, and his love for his family was the foundation of everything he did.
Glenn will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his sons Joseph Clinton Shaulis and Matthew Clinton Shaulis, his prior wife Deborah Shaulis, and his three brothers and two sisters. Glenn also leaves behind his grandkids Joshua Clinton Shaulis (Erika), Elizabeth Kristin Shaulis, and his great grandkids Bentley James Haggerty, Kyzer Maurice Alexander, and Azalea Mae Mauldin.
Originally from Champion, Pennsylvania, Glenn is predeceased by his parents Faye T. Kemp and Glenn Clinton Shaulis Sr. and his brother Clyde E. “Coke” Shaulis.
A Celebration of Life to honor Glenn will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 6pm until 8pm at Trinity Baptist Tabernacle at 824 Piedmont Highway, Piedmont, SC, 29673.
