Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of Gary Lee and Penny Ramsey Morris of Greenville. Jeff was a graduate of Sumter High School Class of 1988 and attended Newberry College where he was a member of Kappa Alpha. He graduated from Georgia State University Class of 1993 and received his MBA from Brenau University. Jeff was a financial analyst with McKesson Corporation and was an avid runner. He was a Christian and now he is running the streets of gold in Heaven.
In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by a daughter, Madelyn Christine Morris; a sister, Julie Morris Baker and husband Evan; three nieces, Allie Baker, Lauren Baker, and Molly Kate Baker; his fiancée, Meredith Lacopo and her daughters, Marcia Lacopo and Madeline Lacopo.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday at the graveside following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army, 501 Archdale Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217.
