Ted is survived by the love of his life, Florence, three daughters, Deborah Anderson, Christine Martinez (Jay), and Katherine Stewart (Billy), two beautiful granddaughters, Megan and Kellie Anderson, sister-in-law Maria Michel (Mike), brother-in-law Ken Snow, special friend of the family John Bailey, and several nieces and nephews.
Ted was born in Coral Gables, Florida, on February 2, 1939. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and a graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University. After college, he joined the United States Navy and retired a commander. His entire business career was in the computer industry with support roles of the Apollo moon rocket program. After retiring from NCR Corporation, he was a volunteer with SCORE as a certified small business mentor providing business planning services and startup assistance to new entrepreneurs. In his free time, Ted enjoyed spending time with his family and making connections with people around the world as a ham radio operator.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, a private funeral service and burial will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Pine Knoll Drive on February 8, 2021, at 2:00 pm.
