Margaret Diane L Robinson

Greenback, TN - Margaret Diane Langley Robinson, 74, formerly of Greenville, SC., died December 31, 2020 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Greenville, SC on May 24, 1946, the daughter of the late Daniel Vanoy and Neoma Madge (Alexander) Langley. She was also predeceased by her sister, Doris Jones and brothers, Joe and Cecil Langley.

Diane was the beloved wife of 45 years to John Franklin Robinson Jr., she is also survived by a daughter, Melissa Neoma Meade (Ed Meade), two sons, John Dustin Robinson (Brooke Robinson) and Devin Alexander Robinson (Ariel Vargas). Her grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Wesley, and John Meade, Aiden and Alex Robinson and Lilah Diane Robinson survive her.

She was a member of Sans Souci Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She loved her family with all of her heart and was always there in support of everything we did. She attended every program, sports game, concert, graduation, deployment, and other events involving her kids and grandkids, and she’d probably be the loudest voice in the crowd cheering them on and showing her support. She was tireless and unending in her attention to the needs of her family, always there for advice, a good home cooked meal, or just a kind word of encouragement. She loved her Clemson Tigers, and the time she spent together with her family watching their games. She had a kind and loving heart and a selfless approach to her family. She will be terribly missed here on earth, but she is now at home in Heaven with her Lord and Savior.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM at the Mackey Funerals & Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC., the family will not be present but invite friends to pay their respects. A graveside service will be private.
