Born July 5, 1934, in Big Stone Gap, VA, he was the son of the late James and Tot Barker. He was a graduate of Appalachian State University and retired from Moore Business Forms in Greenwood.
Bob had a lifelong love of classic cars and enjoyed tinkering on cars in his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Barker and his son, Bobby. Survivors include his children, Jeannie Weeks, Becky Kelly, Brent Barker, and Brenda Dailey; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A private remembrance will be held at a later date.
