

Teresa Anne Bullard, 68 died November 13, 2025 at her home in Boiling Springs, SC with her family by her side. After years of courageously struggling with her health. She is now at rest, free from pain and surrounded by peace.
Teresa was born August 8, 1957 in Upland, Ca., to the late Patricia Louise Clements and Kenneth E. (Gene) Anderson. Her teenage and adult years were spent primarily in Monterey, Ca, and Salinas, Ca. Later, Moving to Bonsall, Ca., and eventually making Johnson City, TN her home. All places that shaped her life, friendships, and many cherished memories.
Teresa was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, Brianna Bullard, and a proud grandmother to her beloved grandson, Marco Rocha, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her sisters and siblings: Lisa Smith, Paula Holden, Claudia Lang, Diane Andis, and Tony DeRose.
Preceded in Death by Geri Tenney, and Richie Young, all of whom she loved deeply.
Known for her caring heart, loving spirit, and unforgettable sense of humor, Teresa had a way of making people feel seen and cared for. She was genuinely kind, hilariously funny, and always ready to help others whenever she could. Her compassion extended especially to animals; dogs held a special place in her heart. Teresa proudly worked with the SPCA in Monterey, California, where she devoted herself to caring for animals in need.
Teresa also had a deep love for arts and crafts, finding joy and peace in creativity. Whether she was making something with her hands or offering a helping hand to someone else, she poured love into everything she did.
Though her life included hardship and health challenges, Teresa met them with strength and resilience. Her journey was one of perseverance, love, and compassion, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Teresa Ann Bullard will be dearly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
Celebration of Life will be held January 24, 2026 at 4:00 pm (EST) via zoom.
