Walter E. Gresham, 63 of Travelers Rest, SC passed away at his home on Thursday, March 5, 2015. Born in Greenville, SC he was the son of the late Jack and Lenore Sawyer Gresham. He was passionate about God, his family, friends and animals. He was always willing to lend a helping. A native of Greenville, he graduated from Presbyterian College in 1973. He married the love of his life, Jeannie Price Gresham on November 25, 1978. Walter was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife: Jeannie Gresham; son: Gary (Katelin) Gresham; daughter: Heather Gresham; 3 grandchildren: Jackson Gresham, Peyton Gresham, and Mackenzie Elliott. Visitation will be Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home and burial in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
