Amale will always be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. She was the most generous, thoughtful and kind person that God put on this earth. She also had a very sharp wittiness and sense of humor. We are very lucky to have spent so much of years ago with her and the family. We will hold those memories close in our hearts. The thoughts of her always brings a smile to our faces. 
May God bless her soul and number her among the just. God bless Tony, Tony jr. and Zeina and all of Amale’s family and give them peace and many years.

I was shocked to hear of your mother, Amale’s passing. May the Lord welcome her into his eternal kingdom and embrace her with the same love that she shared with you, Zeina and your dad. I love you so much Taunt Amale…you were a second mother to me.  You helped raise me…Whether it was spending weeks in your summer home in Saw Creek or watching me ski in camelback; watching me play in on 84th Street in Brooklyn and then Bronxville; taking me to random dinners while at GW; housing me for a week after 9/11, and everywhere in-between.  You always took care of me. You always helped me.  You always taught me.   You helped me become the person I am today.   I can never repay you, but I can and will pay your love for me forward.  

I do have a small confession…about 10 years ago, you gave me pasta to take home in a big beautiful bowl.  I never brought the bowl back because it made me smile and think about you every time I used it.  I’m so happy I have this bowl now - I am going to move it from the cabinet to the moulding over my fire place.  Your bowl will sit next to a jar I have from my Teta Nejibe.  It will remind me of you, and how caring and generous you were to me.  Thank you for everything.  I love you so much, with all my heart.  God bless you Taunt Amale, May you Rest In Peace!!
