Isabelle was my probably my closest friend. Moving on won’t be easy, and I’m already struggling. But her life will always have impact on ours. She will never die. She will never feel pain. And best of all, she is with her maker who loves her so much. Goodbye, my dear friend, I’ll always remember you.

Hi I was one of Isabelle’s friends. She was probably one of the nicest girls I ever met. Every day at car pick up at Julian Curtis she used to come over and talk to me. We miss her. 

Dearest Brie and Dan and family,
Janet L shared the heartbreaking news about Isabelle. Words cannot express my sadness and condolences to your entire family. My only comfort is knowing that her loving grandparents will be there to greet her in heaven. Your words show your strength and faith. Years ago, we went to the Dixon's house for a dinner with some church friends. When we got there, I saw boys running all around the living room. “There are too many boys!” I thought. 


Suddenly I felt something on me. I looked down and saw Isabelle hugging me. I was thrilled to see my younger friend. 


Now, it’s just so sad that she’s gone. Although her pain's gone, it’s just so hard for us. When we think about the fact that we’ll see her again in glory some day, it’s like a glimmer of hope, shining through the darkness. 


See you soon, my little sister in Christ. 

My entire family is so sad and isabella is devastated, we pray for your family. There are not words at this moment, my heart hurts everytime I remember isabelle. My prayers are you Brie, Dan and little brother.

She was an amazing big sister, great daughter and friend.  I remember her boldness to say hi to everyone.  She loved life and she was well loved.

Caring, beautiful, bright, joyful and thoughtful…Isabelle was all of these and more. She was a great friend  with the best hugs. We love her dearly and will miss her so very much.

Ethan loved every minute he spent with you trading fidgets, going across the ninja line, exploring the woods, swinging on the tree swing and walking back and forth from your place to ours. 

Brie, Daniel & Jacob - Antoinette and I have been truly crestfallen since we heard the news of Isabelle’s passing.  As one of the small group of parents who is at JC for pickup and afterschool playground on a daily basis, Isabelle was one of my best pals and one of my most reliable recruits to keep an eye on whatever Max and his pals were up to. Isabelle, Sienna, Bella and Leila were always up for a “mission” and would report back to me whatever shenanigans they had observed. Once the mission was complete, Isabelle would always give me an enthusiastic fistpump. 

She was such a cool kid in every way. Max told us a few days ago that he appointed her an official member of his afterschool team because “Isabelle was really fast and strong and was really good at tag”.

We have had Isabelle on our minds all week, and you in our prayers. Our hearts go out to you. We will never forget your beautiful, talented and wonderful Isabelle.



Isabelle was a beam of sunshine! The girls had such an amazing time at VBS. Praying continuously for your family during this devastating time. She will forever live in our hearts! Much love, The Kelley 

We loved every minute we had with Isabelle! She hung with the boys so well and her smile lit up the room. Thank you for sharing your precious daughter with our family - we will miss her so much!

Dear Dan, Brie, and Jacob,

My heart aches for all of you. I will keep all of you wrapped in my prayers. I will always remember the day Isabelle and I spent at LBI touring the alleys, snacking on the road. She was a bundle of joy.
