Anna Charlene Murray

Anna Charlene Murray, 75, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 23, 2026 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was born December 30, 1950, in Carnegie, Oklahoma to Kenneth and Ruth Ann (Smith) Greenwell. She retired from MEMC Electrics.

She is survived by one son, Philip Kirkes and wife, Mandy; one daughter, Jennifer Christman and husband, Moe; three sisters, Myra Lang, Sadie Breger, and Mary Ruth Lay; four grandchildren, Kelsey Wright, Marshall Mowles, Kenny Kirkes, and Hunter Kirkes and four great grandchildren.

A Family led Memorial Service will be held 10:00am, Saturday, March 28 at Poteau Church of Christ in Poteau, Oklahoma.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
