Bill Holden

Bill Holden, 64, of Greenwood, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in his home. He was retired from Whirlpool, and was member of Calvary Temple United Pentecostal Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Farrah Holden.

He is survived by his wife, Cherry Holden of the home; one daughter, Shawna Schlup and husband, John of Booneville; one son, Steve Holden and wife, Staci of Greenwood: four sisters, Francis Hart, Ann Hart, Bonnie Fenton and Wilma Roe, and six grandchildren, Chelsea Holden, Chloe Holden, Autumn Henderson, Joseph Schlup, London Barber, and Cole Yelverton.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2 at Calvary Temple United Pentecostal Church in Greenwood, with burial at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Roland, OK under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Friday from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7.

Pallbearers will be Larry Parker, George Gustafson, John Schlup, Jeremiah Bogoon, Mike Cutsinger and Dan Mayfield. Honorary pallbearer will be Mark Mayfield.
