Billy Frank Parker, 84, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired from Ben Franklin Trucking Company, member of Living Church of God in Greenwood and the widower of Patty Delores Parker.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 25 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by two daughters, Roxanna Brollier and Terri Scanlon of Greenwood; one brother, Darrell Parker of Glen Elder, Kansas; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
