Brian Keith Zollicoffer, 53, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born October 1, 1971 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Leonard and Geneva (McCleod) Zollicoffer. He was the Director of Commercial Credit Card Solutions for Arvest Bank, member of Rye Hill Baptist Church and attended Community Bible Church in Greenwood, member of the Harris-Hannah V.F.W. Post #6527 and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Zollicoffer; one daughter, Madison Zollicoffer; one son, Jase Zollicoffer; his mother, Geneva Smith; one brother, James Zollicoffer and wife, Beverly; one sister, Glenda Harrel and husband, Ken; his father and mother-in-law, Dean and Karen Gibbs; two brothers-in-law, Barry Gibbs and Brent Gibbs and wife, Nikki; several nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Zollicoffer; his paternal grandparents, George and Louise Zollicoffer; maternal grandparents, Hobb and Hazel McCleod and many aunts, uncles and friends that were dear to his heart.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 18 at Rye Hill Baptist Church with burial with military honors at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Monday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Barry Gibbs, Brent Gibbs, Ken Harrel, Cory Freeman, Jordan Carden and Samuel Hutchison. Honorary pallbearers will be James Zollicoffer, Jamie Zollicoffer and members of the Harris-Hannah VFW Post #6527.
