Claude E. Rush, 84 of Mansfield, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2014 in his home. He was a retired lieutenant commander in U.S. Navy, veteran of the Korean and Vietnam War, member and deacon of East Side Baptist Church.
Memorial service with military honors will be 2 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2014 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
He is survived by his wife, Veta; one son, Michael David Rush of Conway; one daughter, Terri Morfey of Mansfield; two sisters, Mary Johnson and Loretta Morgan both of California; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
