Cynthia Kay Burns, 22, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in her home. She was a student.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 26 at Dawson Cemetery in Milltown under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Burns; parents, Todd and Sarah Cochran of Tulsa; two brothers, Nolan Cochran and Reagan Cochran both of Tulsa; paternal grandparents, Gary and Retha Kay Cochran of Greenwood and maternal grandparents, Richard and Jeanne Tackett of Tulsa.
