Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Old Union Cemetery in Hackett. Viewing will be Monday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 7 – 8 p.m.

He is survived by his mother, Georgia Cox of the home; one brother, Randy Cox of Cameron; two sisters, Gayla Moses and husband, Danny of Cameron and Ramona Holden and husband, Randy of Cameron; two nieces, Randa Mickle and Lindsey Cox and three nephews, Blaine Moses, Terrell Flurry and Morgan Chronister and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Gaylon Cox and grandparents, George and Annie Smith, Tony and Jewel Cox and Roberta Melroy.

Pallbearers will be Terrell Flurry, Morgan Chronister, Adam Mickle, Travis Graham, Rick Yother and Steve Black. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Farrar, Larry Graham, Charles Hollingsworth, Paul Dubois, Jasper Chronister, Blaine Moses, Drake Lane and Kendall O’Neal.
