Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 30 at Valley View Cemetery in Hackett under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Monday from 3 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his parents, Dutch and Sue Phelan of Hackett; three daughters, Katelyn Phelan and Allyson Phelan both of the home and Rheiana Phelan of Bonanza; grandmother, Elaine Phelan of Greenwood; three brothers, Cody Phelan of Hackett, Roger Hartsfield of Fort Smith and Richard Hartsfield of Spiro and one sister, Angela Hickman of Spiro.
Pallbearers will be Robert Scott, Chuck Hyatt, Davie Struble, Ethan Struble, Michael Phelan and Charlie Phelan.
