Eldon James “Jim” Hughart, 67, of Hackett, Arkansas passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 in his home. He retired after working over 40 years from Weldon, Williams and Lick.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 14 at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.

He is survived by one brother, David Hughart of Greenwood, two sisters, Lesa Macklin of Greenwood and Sonda McNeill of Pocola and one stepson, Brandon Edwards of Hackett. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Grace Hughart and his wife, Tracy Hughart.

Pallbearers will be Jim Macklin, Allan Macklin, Bransen Hughart, Preston Young, Jeremy Young and Brian Griffin.

Mr. Hughart is survived by one brother, David Hughart of Greenwood, two sisters, Lesa Macklin of Greenwood and Sonda McNeill of Pocola and one stepson, Brandon Edwards of Hackett. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Grace Hughart and his wife, Tracy Hughart.
