Memorial service will be 4 p.m., Monday, August 28 at New Life Tabernacle Church. Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Klentz; three sons, Brandon Adkins of Texas, Anthony Adkins and wife, Carolina of California and Tommy Adkins of Van Buren; one daughter, Jaclyn Barnett of Rogers; her parents, Richard and Carolyn Smedley of Huntington; one brother, Daniel Smedley of Huntington; one sister, Angie Owens of Huntington and thirteen grandchildren.
