Aw, Ken.  A year later on your birthday and I still mourn your passing away so early. I miss that rapier wit and wisdom, the sarcasm......... the laughter as we cracked each other up. God Bless.

I am so very sad my good friend Ken is gone.  Ken was the most wonderful human being.  He was always brilliant, funny, kind, so helpful in my life...always there for me.  I could go to him with questions about anything from politics to history to the human condition to marriage....Ken knew everything!  Ken was so humble.  He was my Emperor.  
I will always love you my Dear Ken.  Someday we will meet again.

You were such a good caring friend and support to my wife Leslie.   I didn’t know you, I only heard about you from Leslie and even I feel the loss and am very saddened by your passing.  Thank you for your service and for protecting all of us. We lost a very good man!  RIP

I've only known Ken thru FB and some war games we played together online(for the last 6 years). He introduced me to playing online, he was the head of the clan. Then he tricked me into taking over while he retired from gaming. Then I quit. In all that time, we have shared insults, laughs, political memes, and news about each others life.   His passing away has just floored me. I recently retired, he was on my list of people to visit.  I honor his service to our country, and I hope to see him again, on the Other Side. 
I'll go thru my archived posts and see if I can produce some relevant memorial material in our exchanges over the years.
