Linda Jean (Puckett) Valley, 69, of Central City, Iowa, formerly of Greenwood, Arkansas and Ojai, California, died Friday, November 15, 2013 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa of a sudden illness. She was a dietician, but her life revolved around her family. She will be missed, but we know she is in the arms of the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margie and Jerald Puckett, and her husband, John P. Valley II.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 21 at Liberty Cemetery in Greenwood under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
Survivors include one daughter, Tami Langer of Central City, Iowa; one son, Thomas Valley of Bremerton, Washington; one sister, Joanna Chenjeri of Oregon; one brother, Jerry Puckett of Texas, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
