Louise “Cissy” Willis Owens, 79, of Hackett, died Thursday, January 29, 2015 in her home. She was a retired bookkeeper and secretary for Buckner-Fleming, Inc. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Owens.
She is survived by one son, Perry Chappell of Hackett; two step-daughters, Tanya Newton of Clarksville and Theresa Norwood of Plainview; three sisters, Anna Mae Slavens of Hackett, Doris Cain of Heavener, and Pat Bollinger of Rock Island; four grandchildren , and nine great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, at Mountain View Cemetery in Hackett under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
