Naomi Foote, 89, of Dayton, Arkansas passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 in her home. She was homemaker, member of Dayton Baptist Church for 70 years and she was also known as the Flea Market Queen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Foote; one son, Nelson Gene Foote and two grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the Dayton Baptist Church with burial at Union Ridge Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be 1 – 9 pm Monday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 pm.
She is survived by two sons, Douglas Foote of the home and Duane Foote and wife, Lisa of Dayton; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and two wonderful caregivers, Misty Fitzgerald of Dayton and Rex Lenier of Hackett and many friends.
Pallbearers will be Stephen Foote, Tony Jones, Johnny Elmore, George Perkins, Paul Fitzgerald, III and Phillip Villegas. Honorary pallbearers will be Rex Lenier, Barney Parsons and J.F. “Bear” Fry.
