Richard Ray Phelan Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Sharyn Phelan; five sons, Richard R. Phelan, Jr. and wife, Jana, Derek Phelan and wife, Sharee, Wyatt Phelan, Devalin Phelan and Richard Bennett; one daughter, Ashley Phelan; one brother, Shawn Phelan and wife, Erica; two stepbrothers, Kevin Bullard, Sr. and wife, Rhonda and Steve Bullard and wife, Karen; two sisters, Debbie Overstreet and husband, Russell and Billie Mannion and husband, Danny; sixteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma King, his father and step-mother, Bill and Kathleen Phelan and two sisters, Darlene Garrett and Angela Phelan.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, October 31 at White Bluff Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Wednesday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Richard Phelan, Jr., Derek Phelan, Wyatt Phelan, Devalin Phelan, Nathan Phelan and Billy Webster.
