Roberta (Bobbie) Ann Bento, 77, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at her home. She was born in Brookline, Massachusetts on May 25, 1940 to the late Joseph and Florence Davis. She was a retired school teacher. After retirement she was a mission volunteer for eleven years in seven states, finally settling in Arkansas.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Allyson and Keith Smith of Belleville, Arkansas and grandsons, Nicholas Loucks of Palm Springs, California and Tyler Smith of Belleville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Richard Floyd Bento and their daughter, Melissa Bento Attwood.
A family led celebration of life service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, February 17 at Greenwood First Baptist Church. Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
