Sharon Jo Faulkner

Sharon Jo Faulkner, 67, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025 in her home. She was born January 15, 1958 in Pampa, Texas to James Riley and Gertie Faye (Johnston) Perry. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Faulkner; one son, Ricky Lee Perry; one daughter, Shawna Faye Phelan and husband, Michael; one brother, Bo Perry; four sisters, Carolyn Bull, Derhonda Dye, Kimberly Willhite and Tonya Willhite; three grandchildren, Cody Lee Hollan, Kaytlan Scott and husband, Eli and Kaleb Carter and wife, Karah and five great grandchildren, Faith Perry, Dakota Hollan, Waylon Hollan, Jayden Carter and Ivy Scott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Kevin Perry, three brothers, David, Johnny and Robert Willhite and one sister, Jeanie Ritcheson.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Monday, July 14 at Mount Harmony Cemetery in Greenwood under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 4 – 6 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Preston Barker, Cody Hollan, Kaleb Carter, Eli Scott, Randy Elliott and Michael Phelan. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Perry.
