Thomas D. Smith, 44, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025 in his home. He was born March 28, 1981 in Wichita, Kansas to Dennis and Rose (Kirkham) Smith. He was a truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran of the Iraq War.
He was a loving husband and father to his wife, Jennifer Smith; daughter, Austin-Rose Lowry and husband, Arion; one sister, Ann Roberts and husband, Michael and one grandson, Arthur Reid Lowry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Smith.
A family led memorial service will be 2 p.m., Monday, October 20 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
