Barbara Jean Wallis Buskers

Barbara married Roger Buskers on November 6, 1973 in Reno, Nevada. She was a member of Gresham Bible Church.

Barbara enjoyed athletics, the outdoors, gardening, golfing and time spent with her family.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband Roger, Gresham, OR., daughter Angie Edwards (Bryant), Wasilla, Alaska, daughter Holly Resnick, Beaverton, OR., brother and sister Jeffrey P. and Tonya Wallis, Dallas, OR., sister Karen Fay Cox, Dallas, OR., her six grandchildren, Justin and Audrey Edwards, Kiel, Reilly, Ireland and Kelton Resnick, and her loving aunts and uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews, father-in-law and mother-in-law Maurice and Shirley Buskers, Grand Rapids, Michigan, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Douglas and Laura Buskers, Apopka, Florida.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father James Preston Wallis, her mother Thelma Fay Wallis, her mother-in-law Phyllis Mae Buskers and her son-in-law, Scott Resnick.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to either PressingNeeds.org for Adoption and Foster Care funding, or to Phil Knight Cancer Institute @ OHSU in Portland.

Memorial service will be on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.
