Billee Ann Barnes, 84, of Portland passed away on December 18, 2020. She was born in Spokane, Washington to Wayne and Mary Lazarus and was raised with four siblings. Billee married Harold Barnes in 1954 and together they raised three children.
Ambitious, determined, strong willed and beautiful are just a few of the many words used to describe Billee. She loved a good bargain and you could find her negotiating deals at garage sales across the city. Lastly, she cherished the moments shared with her children and grandchildren.
Billee was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Mary; and son, Harold. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Harold; children, Alma Jean and Charles “Jeff”; grandchildren, Michelle and Cody; and one great grandchild, Hayden Ryan. Billee will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
