Devon Allen-McCloud

Devon Perry Allen-McCloud, 33 of Portland OR, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021. He was born on October 20, 1987 in Bakersfield, California to Pecola and D’Tricia McCloud. Devon graduated from Roosevelt High School in 2006 and was active in sports, skateboarding and was an avid fisherman.

Devon is survived by his parents Pecola McCloud III and D’Tricia McCloud; daughter NyaRose; sisters Destiny Moore (Tyron) and Mary McCloud; brothers Pecola McCloud IV and Joshua McCloud all of Portland OR; grandmother Willie Jackson and grandfather Charles Wells (Deborah) all of Bakersfield CA and grandmother Virginia Buckley of Vancouver WA; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Devon was preceded in death by his grandfather Pecola McCloud Jr, grandmother Mary Stinson, great grandparents Otto & Annie Bunn and his great uncle Elijah Viewens.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 9am to 5pm and a Celebration of Devon’s Life will be at 3:00pm on his Birthday, October 20, 2021 at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W. Powell Blvd in Gresham, Oregon.
