

Dorothy Rose Creel Rebman died on June 11, 2014 in Woodland, Washington at the age of 88. Dorothy, the youngest of 7 children was born on March 11, 1926 in Jefferson, Texas to Samuel and Minnie Lou (Weeks) Creel.
Dorothy graduated from Jefferson Adventist Academy in Texas. She attended a nursing school in Denver, Colorado. Dorothy married John H. Rebman, Jr. on August 30, 1944 in Denver, Colorado.
Dorothy was a member of Whipple Creek SDA Church, where she was a teacher in the Junior Division. She worked at Textronix .
Dorothy enjoyed traveling, quilting, fishing, and going camping at beaches and in the mountains with her beloved grandchildren.
Dorothy is survived by her husband John H. Rebman, Jr., La Center, WA., daughters, Annette (Harold Maness) Bohanan-Maness, Hillsboro, OR., Barbara Polimeni, La Center, WA., her two sons, John H. (Sue) Rebman III, Cornelius, OR., and Mike (Veronica) Rebman, Goldendale, WA., and her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 16th from 4-8 pm at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham. A graveside service will be on Tuesday, June 17th at 11 am at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland with a 1:30 pm memorial service to follow at the Whipple Creek SDA Church, 302 NW 179th St. in Ridgefield, WA.
