

Gisele was born on May 29, 1955 in Portland, Oregon and she was the daughter of Charles and Patricia (Paull) Currier. She graduated from Centennial High School in 1973 and resided in the Gresham area her whole life. She worked as a nanny and also provided daycare for the Sunday church services at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gresham, where she was also an active member. She was also an avid Timbers fan Since 1975.
Gisele had many hobbies. She loved Facebook and writing to her pen pals. She was an avid sports fan and rooted for the Portland Timbers, the Winterhawks and even attended the winter Olympics. She also loved children, and was the head of the Hudson Brother’s Fan Club. She was very close to her sister, Paula, who preceded her in death, and was a caregiver for her parents. Gisele was always helpful, devoted and kind hearted. She cherished her family and friends and will dearly missed by all who knew her.
Gisele is survived by her parents, Charles and Patricia (Paull) Currier of Portland along with her aunts, uncles, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Paula Currier.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gresham. Contributions may be made in memory of Gisele to Trinity Lutheran Church or the Timbers Army. Bateman Carroll Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
