James was born on July 6, 1948 in Arkansas. He worked as a distrabution clerk for the Oregonian. He resided in Portland for many years.
James is survived by his brother, Jerry along with his many friends from Gateway Retirement.
A Celebration of James' life will be on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Gateway Retirement. Private interment will take place at Douglass Cemetery in Troutdale, Oregon.
