

June graduated from Biola School of the Bible in 1953 in Los Angeles, California. She worked with the Navajo Indians. In 1956 June accepted a position at Lazy Mountain Children’s home. June joined Artic Missions, Inc. in 1963 and became a cook at Victory High School, a boarding school for Alaska Native young people until 1982.
June was assigned to Artic Bible Institute and the Alaska Field office of Arctic Missions from 1982-1989. In 1989 she was transferred to Arctic Mission’s (renamed InterAct Ministries) field office in Boring, OR where she worked until her death on March 14, 2013.
June was appreciated by the students at Victory High School for her good cooking, faithfulness, and dependability in providing three meals a day for 19 years. Many of the students have also said they learned to take responsibility as they worked with June in the kitchen.
June also cooked during the summers for Victory Bible Camp and teams of summer workers who came to aid the school in building and upkeep.
June is survived by her brother John Radcliff of Peoria, Arizona and her sister Lois Newton of Reno, Nevada.
