Kay Louise Holloway, 72, of Portland, passed away on February 7, 2021. Kay was born in Santa Monica, California to Cletus and Tennessee (Petton) Logsdon and she was the eldest of seven siblings. She was known as a second mother to her siblings, she cared for all of her siblings as if they were her own children. Kay married Charles Holloway and together for 38 years they raised three boys, Rob (51), Bryce (37) and Blake (29). She was proud to be the wife of a Navy sailor and ensured that everything was cared for at home. Kay was committed to her Catholic faith and enjoyed good movies and music. Kay was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Tucker, Donny and Danny Logsdon. She is survived by her husband, Charles Holloway; sons, Rob Ellis, Bryce (Aliyah) Holloway and Blake Holloway; siblings, Anne Cunanan, Ray and Bob Logsdon; grandchildren, Ryker Thomas Holloway (14) Austin Burk Holloway (8) and Finley Tennessee Holloway (4).
