Loretta had resided in Salem and Portland. She was an avid reader and volunteered as a reading mentor at a grade school. She was active at Faith Lutheran Church when she lived in Salem and was active at New Hope Community Church when she lived in Portland.
Survivors include her three sons, Joe Geer, of Gresham, OR., Patrick Lomax, Salem, OR., and Brian Lomax, Florence, Arizona, daughter, Kelly Billings, of Salem, OR., and sister Alice Anson, of Portland, OR., 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Donations may be given to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive Suite 105 Danvers, MA 01923. Graveside service will be on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Belcrest Memorial Park located at 1295 Browning Ave. South in Salem, Oregon.
