Matthew graduated from Sam Barlow High School in 1993. Later he earned his degree at ITT Tech School.
Matthew enjoyed being with his family, especially with his son Andrew. He also enjoyed playing golf.
Matthew is survived by his son Andrew Driver Starr, of Troutdale, OR., parents, Mike and Paula Starr, of Gresham, OR., his sister Krista Starr, of Gresham, OR., brother Brett and his wife Julie Starr, of Troutdale, OR.
A memorial service will be on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 11 am at Good Shepherd Community Church, 28986 SE Haley Rd. in Boring, Oregon.
