Gresham resident Mildred Marie Pearce passed away on February 1, 2011. She was 89. A visitation will be held from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday, February 5 at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home. Private burial will be at Delano Cemetery in Delano, California.
Mildred was born October 22, 1921 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Robert and Bessie (Nelson) Ledbetter. She married Harold Pearce. Mildred enjoyed playing Bingo. She also loved travelling around the Pacific Northwest and to Hawaii. Mildred was a loving and devoted caretaker to her family, which was most important to her.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Pearce and daughter, Janice Pearce. She is survived by her son, Ron Pearce of Gresham, Oregon; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
