Pauline was raised in Salem before moving to Gresham, Oregon in 1947. In Gresham she moved to a property near Twelve Mile Corner. Pauline was a member of the Lynwood Friends Church in Portland. She enjoyed gardening, reading and visits to the beach.
A funeral service to celebrate Pauline’s life will be on Monday, December 2,2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Lynwood Friend Church, located at 835 SE 162nd Ave. in Portland. Private burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Gresham.
Pauline is survived by her three children, Penny Krueger, Gresham, OR., Jane Wampler, Jacksonville, OR. and Robert Johnston, Gresham, OR., her sister, Abby Crisman, Newberg, OR., 5 grandchildren, Casey (Sarah) Krueger, Joe (Katie) Krueger, Matt (Haley) Krueger, Robert Johnston, Jr. and Christina Johnston, and her 4 great grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her son Donald Johnston and her granddaughter, Gloria Krueger.
