Rachel was born on June 30, 1966 in Santa Maria, California. She was welcomed home by her mother Sharon Sue Chavez and her husband David "D" Collier.
Rachel is a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will truly be missed by everyone.
She is survived by her father, Andrew "Torch" Chavez; her brother Robert "Bobby" Chavez of Santa Maria California; her brother Andrew "Barney" Chavez of Portland, Oregon. Her children Tanya Chavez (daughter) of Arizona, David Collier & Richard Collier (sons) of Washington State. Grandchildren: Raymond, Selena, Andrew, Amilia, Sharon, Richard, Izaiha, Alayha and numerous nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.
