Rita was a graduate of Gresham High School. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Gresham.
Rita married Alex Jacoby in 1963 in Gresham, Oregon.
Rita enjoyed flower gardening and liked going to Ricky Point, Mexico to watch the Pelicans at the Sea of Cortez.
Rita is survived by her loving husband Alex, of Gresham, OR., four daughters: Kelly (Dave) Caldwell, Gresham, OR, Michelle Jacoby, Gresham, OR., Audra (Merle) Hilton, Everett, WA. and Susie, of Redmond, OR., brother Ralph McMillen (Carol), Gresham, OR., and her five grandchildren: Alex, David, Marshall, Jordan and Tyler.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 20th from 1-5 pm and on Thursday, April 21st from 9 am – 5 pm at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. Gresham, Oregon.
Funeral Mass will be on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church located at 346 NE 1st Ave. in Gresham, Oregon followed by a committal service at Forest Lawn Cemetery in
