Scott graduated from Estacada High School in 1966. He attended and graduated from Warner Pacific College in Portland.
Lt. Col. Scott Richard Justice served his country for 33 years in the U.S. Air Force. Scott belonged to the following organizations; Masons, Eagles and Kawanis. He was a member of the Rockwood Church of God. He volunteered at air shows. He was a past chairman for the United Way Organization.
Scott enjoyed flower gardening, snow skiing and wrestling. Scott loved helping people.
Graveside service will be on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
Scott is survived by his wife June of Troutdale, OR., two daughters, Natalie Martin, of Vancouver, WA., and Nicole Justice Arkil, Denmark, and his four grandchildren; Aksel, Maria and Oscar Arkil and Ariana Martin.
