Bill served his country in the Army Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Tacoma, Washington.
Bill was a long time math teacher at Jason Lee Junior High School in Tacoma, Washington. Tim enjoyed wood carving during his retirement years.

Survivors include her six children: Mary Tretton, Montana, Anne Gray, Gresham, OR., Steven Gose, Honolulu, Hawaii, Nancy Gose, Vancouver, BC., David Gose, Seattle, WA., and Elizabeth Gose, Gig Harbor, WA., two brothers, Dr. Earl Gose, Chicago, Illinois, brother Don Gose who lives in California, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
