Catherine Maxine Brown

Mrs. Brown was born April 14, 1923, daughter of the late Marion & Katherine Layton Buckles. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Brown.

Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Peggy & Eddie Bethune of Griffin and Diane & Sumner Davis of Monticello; sister, Patricia Schwepp and grandchildren, Eddie Bethune, Jr., Corey Bethune, Jennifer Davis Paguada and Walter W. Davis.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Maxine Brown will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Father Dennis Juan will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 1:00 – 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to J.C. Food Bank, 2171 Post Rd., Monticello, GA 31064 or Southern Crescent Canine Rescue, 369 Skinner Bypass Rd., Milner, GA 30257 in memory of Mrs. Brown.
