Mr. Cartledge was born December 22, 1960 in Phoenix, AZ. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin D. Cartledge, Sr.
Survivors include his daughter, Maria & Chad Albert of Griffin; son, Franklin D. Cartledge, III of Atlanta; mother, Grace Suddeth of Hapeville; sister, Judy Walker of South Carolina and grandchildren, Daniel Albert, Lydia Caudell and Mary Beth Cardell.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
