Harry Edward Beck Jr.

Mr. Beck was born October 26, 1941, son of the late Harry E., Sr. and Velma Beck. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mason and Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Whelchel Beck; daughter, Stacie Beck; grandchildren, Jesse Beck and Summer June; step-children, Ronnie Free, Peggy Johnson, Winford Sorrows and Brenda Vaughn and sister, Glenda Beck.

A funeral service for Mr. Beck will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Scottish Rite Hospital, 1001 Johnson Ferry Rd. N.E., Atlanta, GA 30342 in memory of Mr. Beck.
