The porch seems very alone this evening.  I will forever treasure our talks, and holding your hand while you trusted me to take you wherever you wanted to go. My time in your presence was far too short.  
Thank you for trusting me with your daughter, grandson and even with yourself.  It was my honor to take care of you.  It truly was.

To the family of our sweet cousin Martha. we tried to get up to the funeral but Spencer woke up with his hip on fire and we couldn't drive up. We thought about you all going through this trying time and not wanting to let go and prayed for you all. The Lord takes the good ones right to His heart and I know Martha is right there with Him. The first time I met you was at the yellow house where Humbly Ministries was at. O what a meeting that was. I had brought a young lady who needed guidance and while Faye had a talk and devotional with her you went outside with me. We talked, we laughed and then you said "Looks like you need a hug". We hugged and tears fell from my eyes as I felt the love and warmth emanating from your arms.You knew exactly what I needed at that very moment. You said "Hey call me memaw. You know that was a pretty good hug I should know Im an expert on them". I giggled. Thanks for the precious memory I will forever have Memaw. I will see you again someday and until then GIANT GENTLE {{{HUGZ}}}.

Dear Martha we have enjoyed what brief yet precious time we have had with you. One sweet day we will reunite with you, and what an awesome reunion that will be. Till then you will be much missed, forever in our hearts with much love. You were a true loving mother, and grandmother. What a beautiful legacy to leave your loved ones. Our love, prayers and condolences to the family, Martha was always so pleasant and lit up when she talked about her children and grandchildren. I know she will be greatly missed.


Miss your laughter, miss your smile, Oh how I miss you being with me around the house and everywhere We would go together. Today was hard driving down the road because the passenger seat where you sit when we go out was empty. The house had an erie silence and your not on the porch. My morning coffee will never be the same. This morning I couldn't drink my coffee because you were not there. I love you.
