

Mrs. Bohler was born February 2, 1913 in Griffin, daughter of the late Augustus Barnes Reeves and the late Amanda Clyde Barham Reeves. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Mrs. Bohler retired after 29 years of service from the Georgia Experiment Station. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tyrus Augustus Bohler and grandson, Jack Victor Marks.
Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn Barham Marks of England; sons & their wives, Gus, Jr. & Nancy Bohler of Clearwater, FL, Meredith & Lynda Bohler of Charleston, SC; niece, Anne Harris; grandchildren, David & Tomoko Marks, Jacey Marks, Monica & Andrew Noyce, Laurie Bohler Park and her husband, John, Amy Bohler; great-grandchildren, Mizuki Marks, Thomas Barham Marks, Charles Patrick Ryan, Sophie Barnes Ryan, Avery Augustus Bohler and Henry Augustus Park. Several nieces & nephews also survive.
Cryptside funeral services for Mrs. Mildred R. Bohler will be held Monday, August 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oak Hill Mausoleum. Rev. Jack Landrum will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Monday from 12:00 noon until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
