Neal H. Lord

Neal was born Nov 3, 1920 and was the middle child of Alva and Reecy Lord of East Point. His brothers were Alva Jr. and John Lord. In 1942 he married Winifred Hoskins who preceded him in death in 1996. Neal served in the Army in WWII and was stationed in Andover England and Reykjavik Iceland. He and his brother John were co-owners of A.R. Lord and Sons Woodworking Machinery in Atlanta.

He is survived by his daughter Annette Lord Blackstone, Son In Law, James Blackstone of Griffin, and Granddaughters Boni Blackstone, Buffie Blackstone Lawson and his Niece Diane Lord.

A graveside service will be held at Westview Cemetery on Thursday, Nov 17, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Bobby Dunn will officiate.
