Mr. Richard Brock Brown

Mr. Brown was born in Griffin on September 19, 1948, to the late Jack M. Brown and Pauline Brock Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death his brother, Bruce Brown.

He worked many years in the Griffin area including Bumper To Bumper, Jennings Auto Parts, Borden Chemicals and he was also a truck driver.

Survivors include his wife of forty five years, Joyce Dorsey Brown; daughter, Audrie Woods and husband Roger of Milner; sister, Reba Whitehurst of Dawsonville; mother in law, Martha Dorsey of Griffin; Two grandchildren Curtis Woods and Benjamin Woods.

Funeral service for Mr. Richard Brock Brown will be conducted on Tuesday February 14, 2012, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Billy Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 PM-8 PM.
